Program your physical NFC tag with your VibeCard in 4 easy steps
Sign in to get your card URLs
Log in to copy your personalized VibeCard URLs directly from this page.
Copy the public link of the card you want to program into your NFC tag. Each card has its own unique URL.
Install a free NFC writing app on your phone.
Open the app → tap "Write" → choose "URL/URI" → paste your VibeCard link → hold your phone over the NFC tag until it confirms.
Tap the tag with another phone (or your own). It should open your VibeCard instantly — no app needed.
Where you place your NFC tag matters for tap success. Here are our top recommendations.
Embed inside a leather card holder sleeve for a seamless, premium feel.
Attach a thin NFC sticker behind your conference badge — perfect for events.
Stick a thin NFC tag inside or on the back of your phone case.
Use a flexible NFC sticker on a watch band for hands-free networking.
Tap-able surface on your desk so visitors can quickly scan it.
Great for construction professionals — place on the side where readers scan easily.
Keep the tag away from metal surfaces — metal blocks NFC signals. Use anti-metal NFC tags if embedding in metal objects.
Optimal tap distance is 0–4 cm. Hold the phone's NFC reader (usually the back center) directly over the tag.
Lock your NFC tag after writing so it cannot be accidentally overwritten. Most NFC apps have a "Read-Only" option.
Use your slug-based URL (e.g. /PublicCard?slug=...) — it's shorter and more reliable than the ID-based URL.
If you update your card info, your URL stays the same — no need to reprogram the tag!
iPhones (XS and later) support background NFC reading — no app needed. Android requires NFC to be enabled in Settings.
We recommend NTAG213 or NTAG215 tags — they're compatible with all smartphones, hold enough data for your URL, and are affordable.
